Because adventure is better after 40. I know there are those of you who are saying to yourselves after reading this. I think there were about 10 rolls left after we had stuffed ourselves silly, so maybe this is a recipe for 8 people or maybe the lure of the cinnamon rolls turns people into big, fat piggies!
