Hope you all had a very enjoyable Christmas and Boxing Day. My Christmas Day was very quiet, I cooked a gammon joint for Hubbie, Eldest Daughter, Grandchild and myself. Then Boxing Day we had my youngest Daughter, her 2 boys, her husband and my hubbies cousin and her family. I cooked the works, Turkey and all the trimmings! It was very enjoyable.
