Friday, July 8, 2011. Summer is always a favorite time of year because I get to pull out one of my favorite dishes. This peach dessert is fabulous and probably even better because it is seasonal. You really need to make this one. 2-3 Tbs butter - melted. Mix and place in bottom of 9X13 pan. 2 cubes butter, softened not melted. Cream together and place on top of graham cracker layer. Next put a layer of cut up fresh peaches - as many as you would like.

Tuesday, August 19, 2014. Summer has come and gone. We stayed busy and had fun, medical school is back in business and I am trying to stay occupied with Landon being gone.
