I found a recipe on Food. com to brown all purpose flour in the oven and then use that in stead of a roux. Sift the flour into an airtight container until ready to use. 3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled.

This will feed 3-4 people. We divided it up into 3 which was more than enough. If you divide it into 4 you might want a bigger side salad. Clean a pound of shrimp. In a pot for your pasta, add about 1 tablespoon of sea salt.
