Tack vare bananen så blir den inte torr om man inte äter allt på en gång utan sparar den någon dag. Vill du att den ska vara lite mer som en kaka är det gott att ha i lite mörk choklad. 1 Vispa ägg i en skål, tillsätt socker och vispa, tillsätt sedan olja och vispa väl. 2 Blanda i den mosade bananerna och mjölken. 3 Blanda mjöl, bakpulver och bikarbonat.
