Tuesday, September 13, 2011. I had a special request by a friend of mine to make a Key Lime Cake. I must say this is one of my new favorites! It was so moist and tangy, even the kids liked it! Here are a few pictures of how it all came together. Zestlots and lots of zest! Dry ingredients, including the sugar. Add the eggs, and key lime juice. Mix just until ingredients are blended.
