Saturday, October 1, 2011. There were two birthdays this week. My daughter said she wanted chocolate cake with chocolate icing. So we had chocolate death cake. until I tried to make the horse. I need lots more practice. The fondant was too heavy and it sagged and wrinkled until the horse looked more like raw chicken than a horse. Monday, August 22, 2011. Part of me cringes at this.
