In January, I was making great progress, I was ticking off 745 minute miles relatively easily and I had just finished a 19 mile long run averaging 830 pace. I was getting excited because it felt like I was right on the cusp of achieving one of my goals breaking my marathon PR of 350! My second marathon was 30 minutes faster than my first one!
