Here you will find that each cake is hand crafted from scratch to ensure, not only exceptional flavor, but a beautiful centerpiece for your wedding or special occasion. Whatever your dreams of the perfect cake are, I would be thrilled to. Work with to create your own masterpiece! We are located in Belmont, California and handcraft wedding cakes for delivery to the Peninsula Bay Area.
Too often have I seen beautiful wedding cakes that are cut open to reveal dry, flavorless layers. So, in an effort to remedy this, I created Confectionery Elegance.
All cakes include a flavor and filling of choice. Wedding Cakes require a minimum order time of 30 days. Special occasion cakes require a minimum of 2 weeks. Any rush orders will be subject to an extra fee. Additional flavors and fillings may be available upon request.
Whether a sweet sixteen party, an anniversary celebration, or a special birthday, every occasion requires something different. I would be happy to work with you to custom design cakes perfectly suited for your special occasion. Finished with white chocolate buttercream polka dots, fresh flowers and my signature chocolate writing. This chocolate raspberry mousse cake is wrapped in a delightfully decadent chocolate ganache and finished off with fresh flowers.
