Just another weight loss weblog. I am very excited today. Today is my weekly weigh in and I have lost 3 pounds. That gives me a total of -12. Hree pounds is way better than that. My goal for the week is to drop 1. 7 pounds for my week 6 weigh in. Have a great week and take care.
