Tales from our Nauvoo, Illinois Mission. Sunday, October 4, 2009. Life in Nauvoo- part 2. We have a Zone leadership meeting every morning before we head down to our various sights and do a little extra traveling around taking care of administrative duties. Here they also make small bricks for everyone to take home.
Rick and I have been married now for 26 years. Life has been good to us. We have 5 children who are all adults. With the exception of Gary who is in and out we are now EMPTY NESTERS! Some of our favorites are. Some pics of our one year old girl.

It makes me super sad but I am ready to move on. So what is going on in the Steen family you ask? Well let me catch you up a bit. Craziness with Zach and Sage. They have been married for 3 years now and are living very happily in Cedar City, Utah.

A HAPPY DAY FOR ALL. EVEN MOM! Riley started her sophomore year and her first year of cheerleading. She is taking her first college-level class and still participating in FFA.
5 people crashed together to form one eternal family. Thursday, November 27, 2008. This year was the year that we have the opportunity to eat with Kenneys Family for dinner. It was so nice to relax and enjoy Turkey dinner with all of them. We are getting up there in numbers, but it was so nice to all be in one room. Thank you everyone for the delicious dinner. Some of you may know that I have been working for a photographer for 2 years now. Her name is Andrea Stanley. And is a very talented lady. Sunday, July 13, 2014. We had such a nice visit with Grandma and Grandpa Wright. Wow GG Dickson are getting so old. 94 and 96, and Im pretty sure Grandma didnt know who I was at all. They just mostly sleep all day. Conner and dad went deep sea fishing. Conner caught a salmon, but the waves were terrible, and dad got really sea sick. I dont think theyll go again any time soon.
