First up, the injury. These past few months, Ive gotten injured a few time, and Ive taken anywhere from a few days to a few weeks off from training. Some of the injuries I knew would heal with time quad strain, whereas others scared me a bit anterior tibial tendonitis. Never once have I had a knee injury!CONTENT
