Sunday, September 14, 2008. Home and Hurricane Ike. I left Lake Crescent on Tuesday September 12. I have not had a minute to acclimate. Back into society because of Hurricane Ike. I have seen and felt so much beauty in the Pacific Northwest, but now I realize I am home for a reason and my real life - here in Houston - is where I am needed.
