We have had a pretty busy summer with lots of parties and our 1st Annual reunion this past weekend. A few months ago Jim started to lose weight with Herbalife. So I started the Couch to 5K. Weighing in.everyday.once a week .once a month.I am not sure. So the program is. Eating better.no Soda. Off days doing upper and abs. Sounds like a good plan to start with .
