Often the term third sector heard on news and it always associated with the government. g clubs, societies and professional and member associations. Monday, September 21, 2009. PR - A typical public relations program by Candy Tymson. I found that Cindy Tymson. Had some very insightful points into the public relations program,adding into further detail and the key points to highlight. Defining the target audience is the first major step in organising a public relations program. With noting that part of the public relations role is to protect the company or individual,with thinking of the long term perspective of a healthily reputation.
