Living out our life story together, and sharing our Journey. Saturday, February 05, 2011. Today we received the gift of SNOW! What a beautiful sight to wake up too this morning. We all have patiently been anticipating our Snow Day. Luckily, my job is pretty flexible, and I am able to work from home on days like today. It was so nice, waking up early, enjoying a relaxing cup of coffee and my PJs all day, as excited as Christmas morning running outside to see the snow! Snow Day in Texas, 2011.

Postwell for our efforts we are proud to say we got 3rd place! We were seriously so surprised. We entered the contest with the thought. But on the night they judge we were totally surprised. Now onto our 4th Annual Cookie Party.

So, since all errands were done on Tuesday we decided to make a butternut squash and chesnut lasagna. Jaime has been dying to make this recipe for almost a year now and well today was FINALLY the day to do just that!
