Friday, 9 May 2014. Class trip to Maeshowe, Skara Brae and Ring of Brodgar. We went a class trip to Maeshowe, Skara Brae and Ring of Brodgar to find out how people in the Stone Age lived. We learnt lots of interesting facts and had lots of fun exploring the different places. We also developed our skills in reasoning and enquiry. Kaylen got to go down into the houses at Skara Brae. Monday, 17 March 2014. We like to do lots of fun active things in our class. We have a climbing frame in the class sometimes. When the weather is good we go outside on the bikes. We also enjoy our PE lessons with the PE teacher and Mrs McElroy. We have been jumping and climbing using the gymnastic equipment this term. Friday, 13 December 2013. The boys and girls had a lovely day at the beach in Birsay. They saw seals, ducks, a lighthouse, crabs and fish. They had a little picnic and also made lots of sandcastles. The boys and girls have really enjoyed growing different things this year. We grew lettuce, beans and strawberries. Friday, 6 June 2014. Friday, 30 May 2014. The boys and girls who are in Primary 4 joined Class 4 to help clean up Scapa beach. They worked really hard and filled up 4 big buckets.
Thursday, 15 December 2016. We have had two fun Christmas Parties in nursery today! We played games, danced, ate up our special snack and even managed to have a visit from Santa! Thursday, 8 December 2016. The Thursday Afternoon bairns had a great time today visiting the Cool Creatures at William Shearers.
