Ty, Kennedy and I went to Seattle earlier this month. It was the first time for all 3 of us. We ate some great food,saw the sights and mostly just enjoyed each other. Ty playing Foo Fighters - Everlong.

Friday, March 23, 2012. I was out running yesterday. The same run I had just done 2 days early with very little problems and I was dying. I was doing all kinds of emotional pep talking and these words just started flowing, so I sat down and wrote them down. Id like to think I am in the best shape of my life at almost 39.
