Domingo, 29 de maio de 2011. Agora a pouco bateu um total desespero. Notei que não fiz nada durante o final de semana inteiro. Precisava resolver 3 trabalhos e não fiz nem um. Estou com a mesma velocidade para realizar minhas tarefas, contudo não as faço. Estou totalmente improdutivo, e comecei a pensar no porquê. Acabei por descobrir que estou gastando muito tempo sem fazer nada em frente ao computador. Estou em PÂNICO! Também estou cansado de me sentir rejeitado pelas pesso.
My journey to a happier me. Just got home from my third yoga class. For some strange reason, I had never really thought of yoga as exercise, I do now! The body feels amazing but also very weak. This will be my focus for March.
