When he passed away, there were very few treasures to sort through - some favorite books, his baseball mitt, golf clubs, guitar, and a handful of sentimental novelties, including this. A souvenir polar bear, purchased from the San Diego Zoo in the 1950s. Of course my Dad carried no ill feelings. He had forgotten all about the bear, and wrote back immediately, expressing his gratitude and how touched he was by the gesture.

It was the most wonderful day full of family, friends and happiness. Thursday, February 16, 2012. Happy Birthday to my 11 year old boy! A few things about James. Saturday, January 19, 2013. I saw this recipe on several blogs months ago and when I saw cinnamon chips at the grocery store, it was my first thought. That was yesterday and I already made this. It is addicting, delicious and really does taste like a churro. I omitted the butter when I made it and it turned out just fine. 9 cups RICE CHEX CEREAL.
Monday, March 12, 2018. Well as it turns out I turned 41 yesterday. Basically we ate food and luxuriated in quiet living. We just stayed in for two nights and a few days. I read a lot and CK worked a bit and we listened to a ton of chill music.
