Sunday, September 22, 2013. Leftover Pot Roast Noodle Soup! After making my beef roast this week, I had tons left over. I decided to go searching the web for ideas on how to use it up. I found a ton of ideas but unfortunately, none that I loved. I did find a couple that I used for some inspiration and came up with this one.

Musings on my life and family. Thursday, October 14, 2010. I clearly remember our 5th anniversary and thinking 7 years seems so long! But, boy, did those years fly by. 2 boys, 8 houses and 2 relocations later, I can honestly say I would do it all over again. We stayed in a charming Bed and Breakfast and had a wonderful time. I had been wanting to take the family down to see the Rubber Duck in Pittsburgh. We need to go right now! When I arrived home, I told Allison to get her sneakers on because as soon as Daddy got home from work, we were going on a Fun Family Activity!
