Relawan dokumentator terbagi menjadi fotografer dan videografer. Tugas utama relawan ini adalah mendokumentasikan seluruh rangkaian kegiatan pada saat Hari Inspirasi bagi kelompoknya masing-masing. Objek dokumentasi yang diabadikan antara lain harus memperlihatkan keceriaan saat kegiatan belajar mengajar berlangsung, interaksi antara relawan pengajar dengan para siswa SD, dan juga ragam profesi para relawan yang terlibat langsung pada Hari Inspirasi.
