Tuesday, January 3, 2017. I am thankful to have had a wonderful. Winter break, but equally as thankful to be back with each. One of your precious children. I look forward to a new year. Of teaching your children and watching them learn and grow. This week we will begin our 3. 9 weeks with a class science. Fair project, fun math groups, some STEAM activities and lots.

Tuesday, January 10, 2017. Each year, we do a Walk to Read. Event This helps to support Trudy Marshall, who is a former RRISD librarian. She created 36 libraries in Uganda and is working on 7 libraries in Kenya. We use this event to collect books and money. Walking helps our students see what it is like for many children around the world to walk a long way to school. Our Walk to Read Event. Trudy Marshall is planning to come.
