First off, I definitely need some support, trying to do this on my own with a family that brings in chips, ice cream and huge Frappucino mixes from the Costco is just not happening. The only real flaws in my calories have been the mindless Dorito eating and those Frappucinos. What I have ate outside of those has been quite healthy and low calorie.
