Monday, November 17, 2014. Bound by HIPAA a stranger exposed our handicapped child. What a gift she gave us on the Saturday in August - to check with her legal dept. To ensure she could share - yes, we checked first thing that Monday morning and she no longer worked there by Tuesday.
