Thursday, August 21, 2014. Leadership has always fascinated me. Who are the great leaders and what makes them great? Why are they leaders? This was one way they could tell her they were willing to go to great lengths to reach her. To try, to show her they loved her. It worked! She saw, stopped running, went voluntarily, cooperated and trusted them. I have been dealing with two leaders in a subculture I belong to.
