Yep, I am switching blogs. I want something that is a little more business related, so that I can showcase my pictures for clients. How to Paint a Brick Fireplace. This post is about 8 months overdue! Once we had our den walls painted, I knew our fireplace had to be painted as well. It was a dark red brick with matching grout, and it would stick out like a sore thumb in this pretty new room. I love the look of brick though, so I used a technique that would keep that authentic look. Here are the details! First, I painted the entire fireplace with primer. I just used what we had on hand, which was Zinsser 123 Plus.

Monday, September 5, 2011. 1st solo vacation since our honeymoon. We got coffee at the very 1st Starbucks. On Monday night we went up in the Space Needle. Great views of the city and the water. It was gorgeous atypical Seattle weather the whole time we were there. Sunny in the 70s early 80s and slight breeze. It was about a 4 hour hike and the views were breath taking! In August, Chris accepted a job as a High School Pastor at a church in Birmingham. So thankful for social media that allows us to stay in touch with them. In October, Sutton turned 3! A few days afte.

Wednesday, November 6, 2013. Our friend Bryan got married this past weekend to his beautiful bride Lindsey! It was such a sweet ceremony! Jr and Colton were the ring bearers. Tinsley was the flower girl and Matthew was a groomsman! We love this couple and are so excited for them! Thankful we could celebrate and be a part of their special day!
