Thursday, October 16, 2014. Two vehicles bursting at the seems with bikes and bodies departed the campground on the foggy morning and wound their way up into the clouds. Usually one can look off either side of the saddle into Virginia or West Virginia but on this ride there was only grey. At the summit the vehicles unloaded and I dropped into the steep stone stairs to get ahead of the riders and capture some of the action on the trail. Chris Scott up on Narrowback.
