We have been talking about getting a puppy for the longest time, and the kids have been begging for one for the longest time. We are feeling so lucky to have such a sweetheart. She is playful, but so mellow and good with the kids too.
Saturday, January 7, 2012. It is my favorite time of year! But does anyone ever get tired of the commercialism of Christmas? The racing around spending a ton of money on a ton of presents that nobody needs? Stressing out to find the perfect gift? Well, this year we did something a little different and it was the best Christmas ever! We did what my sis-in-law called Christmas detox and instead of doing presents we celebrated Westover style.
Saturday, January 4, 2014. Going home this week! We are going to go home this week! We have enjoyed our mission. It has been one of the hardest things I have ever done, for several reasons. Like all hard things, I have learned a lot! I will never be able to tell all of the experiences we have had. It would bore most people to tears. You will probably hear most of it in bits and pieces. We just hope we remember it. Thanksgiving is now too close to wait,.
