Wednesday, January 23, 2013. I believe it is important to share our positive customer experiences with each other. Not only does it benefit us as consumers, it also rewards those same businesses by creating a strong pipeline of customers. It is also important to share negative experiences when we can do so objectively and without the intent of vengeance or slander. I have experienced both scenarios this week and want to share them with all of you.
