Friday, August 24, 2007. We have been busy with our new addition, Oscar Philip. He was born on August 3 and weighed 8 lbs 1 oz. He has been getting spoiled by his grandmother and aunt. and us! We think he is such a special little boy. Hanging out with mom and auntie. We went to Westhampton beach for an evening walk. The sky and water were lovely and the temperature was perfect for a walk on the beach. The woman who looks too young to be a grandmother. Some surfers waiting for the next wave.

I found it to be such a wonderful expression of the healing nature of tears and why it is important that we honor our emotions and allow them to be expressed. I came home, went straight to my room,.
