He is considered as the reincarnation of Divine bell of Lord Vishnu. The temple is situated very close to Peyalwar temple. Desikar was a great Acharya who mastered all sastras and became a scholar. My daughters room has taken a while and its still not quite right! Storage is definitely an issue but I am giving up on it looking clutter free as she loves it!
