Yesterday im ultimate suay to the max. cos my journey home took more than an hour from Suntec to home which usually takes only abt max 1hr. i had a wonderful experience of touring MBS from outside on their first day. Not end of suayness yet. i got stuck in quite a bad jam at BKE! Sigh wat a happy ending to my lousy day.

Saturday, December 6, 2008. Just as I was complaining about being stuck in the office last week, I was transferred to the Front Desk this week. I can assure you that being at the desk is a really stressful job! I have made a lot of mistakes during my 5 days at the desk. Some examples are late charge, overcharging the guest, delay during check-in, and wrong room assignment. I hope each day will pass by without any major issues.
