Viernes, 27 de julio de 2012. الرايب . لتر واحد من الحليب. 3 معالق كبار سكر حسب الذوق . ناخدو نصف لتر من الحليب ونعملوه فوق النار حتى الغليان. ناخدو نصف لتر اخر اللي بقا نضيفو ليه دانون نيدو السكر وفاني. من بعد نصفيو الخليطين ونخلطوهم والحليب التاني مازال سخون. نعملو الخليط فكويسات ونعملوهم فطنجرة الضغط اللي عملنا فيها ماء سخوون. ونسدوها ونخليوهم ليلة كاملة فمكان دافئ واكيد نكونو غطيناهم بشي غطاء. من بعد ماندخلوهم للثلاجة على الاقل ساعتين باش يبرد. ممكن نزينوه من الفوق بقطع الفواكه.
