Sunday, January 24, 2010. Weve been home a week. It is an interesting day-to-day adventure. Ive made some nice smoothies. They have been filling and tasty. Ive found out that Im willing to blend pretty much whatever I feel like eating. Youd be amazed at what actually tastes good blended. I have blended Kung Pao Chicken from Miyos - so good, squash, anything chicken, Kashi makes great frozen meals that have nice flavor and texture blended. I prefer the southwest chicken. I am a little hard to underst.
