It was an interesting and quick read but not very satisfying. The book jumps forward in time months or years at a time with no warning. You get the highlights but not the real meat of their story. I also read The Mermaid Chair. Evolution of the characters lives.

But as a full time working out of the house mom, that suited me as I was her night time parent so the hubs could recover to keep up with her during the day, after all I was just sitting at a desk using my brain, that doesnt require much sleep. I kid! But am I missing too much? Will we not have as tight of a connection? Is sleep really that important?CONTENT
