Friday, April 17, 2009. Every Beginning has its End. Initially I felt slightly intimidated attending the class. However, Brad being fantastic tutor and having such a lovely group of classmate makes me look forward for the upcoming classes. The content of the module was very relevant and practical. Wednesday, April 22, 2009. Looking back on my very first post, I believe my understanding of the value of communicating effectively has not changed. I still feel that communication skills are important to get things done, bare your soul and spread the truth. Most importantly, I still concur with my notion that the only way my loved ones can get the best out of me in this short and unpredictable life is through effective communication. And I must start doing something, before boredom gets me and. What I truly respect of him is his emphasis on the actual learning and education, and not the grades itself.
On my first blog post, I mentioned that I aimed to prepare myself for the next stages of my life by developing effective communication skills. Reflecting on the past 12 weeks, I believe that I have accomplished this aim. Beauty is about the surface; cosmetic surgery probes deeper. Real freedom is having nothing left to lose.

After reading through my first post, which was written three months ago, my understanding of the value of effective communications skills certainly had changed. Next, report writing skill was another useful skill that I have learnt from this module. It was not easy to propose, conduct survey, analyze data and write a report in three weeks time. Saturday, April 11, 2009. The hard fought battle has finally come to an end. The journey of taking this module has come to an end. This journey has been a wonderful learning experience as I get to overcome the inital hurdles that I used to face in various activities such as posting blogs, furnishing a proper resume, writing relevant cover letter and precise business correspondence letter, research report and conducting presentation which is going to commence tomorrow. Sunday, April 19, 2009. ES2007S ended abruptly for me. I was not able to go for the last class on Friday, I was sick from the hot weather. I had to drag myself to school for a test in school on Friday. Anyway, Es2007S really passed very fast. Lastly, I want to thank Brad for sharing his experiences with us. It was quite fortunate for having someone who is so well-travelled to share his experiences. Right, Mr National Geographic.
