Wednesday, November 22, 2017. On October 3, I underwent a left mastectomy. My surgery was scheduled in Las Vegas. My husband recently has taken a job in Las Vegas and a breast and plastic surgeon team he works with came highly recommended. So Dizzy dog and I traveled from Park City to Las Vegas and checked into an Airbnb that would serve as our home base as I recovered from surgery. Me and my pet drains.

Shannon and Jen teamed up with Ernesto Marenchin, Brien Gonzales, and Justin Moreland to race to 3rd place in the 5-person co-ed category at 24 Hours of Old Pueblo. It was a fantastic weekend of tight racing, perfect weather, and making new friends. This event was so much fun it may turn into an annual tradition! Shannon dropping in to the finish.
