Sunday, June 29, 2008. Just a quick note to update everyone on Niels recovery process. He is still in a lot of pain and when we saw the dr. He certainly has been a pain in the butt for the past few months but I hate to see him in pain and hope the dr. Is off by a few months. We were fortunate enough to have Emme. With us for almost two full weeks and we really had a great time. Ben and Debbie came for a visit and we went fishing and she not only caught the first fish, she caught four more to boot! We loo.

We met up with the Dixon clan and spent the day at Bear Lake. Id never been, and it was a great lake! A nice sandy beach, and a nice gradual slope in the water, so the boys could play safely. We ate, and swam, and played on a jet ski and paddle boards for hours. Cormac rode the jet ski with his dad! It was a great weekend. Sunday, July 19, 2015.CONTENT

Monday, May 25, 2015. We have just had a couple of weeks visiting Islay, Jura and Skye. Both the birding and the distillery visiting were good. Eight distilleries on Islay plus one each on Skye and Jura as well as a couple of breweries kept me occupied when the weather was not good enough to go birding. To be honest the distilleries kept me occupied when the weather was good enough too. The whiskies were superb! Northern Wheatear on broken gravestone.
