Wednesday, July 15, 2009. Last night was a great night to get out of the kitchen and see Louisville a little bit, meet a few Chefs and I also had the opportunity to try some of their food as well. Last night we served BBQ and slaw with the imitation of an ice cream cone, we started out with a tortilla shaped as the cone and filled with BBQ pork, Cole slaw and finished with heirloom.
