A few generous shakes of Parmesan cheese. 5 pieces of cooked, crisp bacon. A handful of Panko crumbs for dusting. 1 Cook the elbow macaroni until tender and drain. Put it back in the pot. 2 Add the cubed Velveeta cheese and stir, on medium heat until it starts melting. 3 Add the milk and stir.
