Back in october, our sweet friends miyan and dekel took pictures of our little family around the square in downtown mckinney. it was strange to be in front of the lens, as i am usually the one taking photos. but, they did a wonderful job and made us all very comfortable. I so cherish these shots of us with our six-month-old isla. I love that baby. 8220;Take a shower, wash off the day. Drink a glass of water. Make the room dark. Youre doing just fine. Monday, June 13, 2011. Seikukan Martial Arts and Dojo. The Seikukan Dojo is located in Gloucester, VA in the Diggs Dance Studio. This small group of martial artists practice Shorinji Ryu and have a direct connection with the lineage from Okinawa. I joined this dojo after moving to Virginia to be with my son Sebastian. It was actually by chance that I met one of the head instructors, a 2nd Degree Black Belt, Jonathan Seavey.
