Sunday, January 21, 2018. IT WAS SO GORGEOUS! The Aston Islander On The Beach was a perfect place for us. the beach was literally just a few steps out our sliding glass door! The beautiful sunrises right outside our door. This was an awesome tunnel of trees! There were roosters and chickens EVERYWHERE, on the island. Needless to say, I never ate chicken while we were there! EVERYWHERE we went Jim searched for fruit and wood! .

Saturday, February 20, 2010. Ok, so I decided to make homemade Chicken Pot Pie on Thursday night. I pretty much made up the recipe and if I do say so myself, it was AWESOME! Super super easy too! The secret is to use biscuits as the crust on top. It made is so crispy on the top but inside it was so moist. Every year we celebrate Valentines Day the week after, otherwise the restaurants.

Sunday, February 14, 2010. I opened the box and found the beautiful Coach purse that I had previously told him I was so in love with, but of course had no real intentions of buying. My sweet husband continued to tell me that it was to show how much he appreciated me and all I do for him. I was so overwhelmed! I still get gitty everytime I look at it!
