Farm Life on Two Little Acres. We have five, yes FIVE chicken coops and a barn. A small barn, but it still housed ducks and chickens and needed cleaning at least 4 days a week. I tried staggering and doing three here and three there, but I was still out there E. Most of the time, alone. As difficult as it was, I know I made the right choice. Things are calmer, quieter and simply much easier, for both of us. This years amazing discovery is chickweed.

The calendar page turns once more just as it did last month. We face the same short days each morning. But there seems to be something more about January. We can now look forward.
