We meet twice a year for weekends at the Ammerdown Centre, near Radstock, Bath. Members have usually completed studies in embroidery but wish to continue their individual work with the support of this group.

Textile Arbeiten für Distant Stitch Kurs Certificate for Embroidery and Design Level 3. Monday, 25 May 2015. Some fabrics from my stash that can be used in the paper making process. Closer woven coton thread and sequin waste.

1 shows prints made using ink and two different sizes ovals cut from a rubber. I was pleased with the different shades that this produced where the ink was thicker in places. 2 was produced by dipping the hollow end of a marker pen into ink. This created interesting variations as the ink sometimes formed a bubble thus creating some solid shapes amidst the hollow shapes.
