2015 The Year of the Ironman. It was supposed to be a neat and clean year. I was fortunate to get on board with Team Zoot. For the year, which was awesome to finally get some backing from a company whose shoes Ive been racing in for 6 years. Great shoes, need I say more! The plan for the year was simple. Start training on January 1st. Race a half marathon, do a tune-up half ironman in May, race a bunch over the summer, race nationals, and then Ironman Chattanooga in September. Sunday, January 20, 2013. November started out with a fun weekend! Grandma was coming for work and we wanted to do something on Saturday one of the 3 days she was here. Why not DISNEYLAND! We have some very good friends that is so generous to make that happen for us since he is a mgr at the hotel. We surprised the kids with their first visit and definitely not the last. Found this recipe on Pinterest while looking for meals that I could make quickly for us and for my brother and sister-in-law who had just had an adorable baby girl. It was FULL of flavor.
