Wednesday, July 20, 2011. In the spirit of full disclosure, I must admit that I have never wanted to go to France. Everyone wants to go to France. Museum vagabonds go to France. Hopeless romantics go to France. Camera-wielding, bus-riding retirees go to France. Even worse, Da-vinci Code. See? Everyone goes to France. Thus began a 16-day road trip through France.

We had a pretty bad season this year, but I threw a no hitter and made the All-Star team. My Rockies coaches are; Head Coach. Zaino , and Assistant Coaches P. I started my All-Star season in July. Right now my All-Star team is undefeated.

Friday, September 30, 2011. The training was good until 2 weeks before the race, my knee started hurting-ITband issues I suspect, but never went to the dr. Spent two weeks before the race rolling on a foam roller, swimming and trying to run but not very well. I was a little worried about weather or not I could even run but to the starting line I went.
