Squat, front squat and overhead squat. Press, push-press and push-jerk. Deadlift, sumo-deadlift high pull and medicine ball clean. These moves must be supervised and checked by two CFRC coaches. CFRC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone unwilling to cooperate, listen or accept practical coaching and advice.
