Det var en udda upplevelse att träna på Nordic i dag - inget golv, inga människor, ingenting. Förutom jag och David och lite vikter förstås. Massor av träning på push jerk. 1 clean, 3 push jerks. Mest på 40 kg men också ett eller två avslutande varv på 45 kg. Måste tänka på rytmen, inte ha så bråttom, placera stången rätt etc etc. Men det tog sig och jag vill träna mer på detta nu!
