Not only does she qualify for the position, but I believe she has a lot to offer to the state. The fact that she showed determination during the filibuster during the summer of 2013 goes to show that she does not give up in what she believes in and will fight for what will benefit the state. This post was inherently in reference to a previous post that asserted that. Even though Texas is mostly conservatives and has some of the top universities in the United States, it still has lots of uneducated and lots of liberal citizens. Most of whom are Hispanic.

Lowering taxes and fees might solve some problems, but poor and unsafe road condition is just another problem. Why would the government allow the roads deteriorate without any plans of repairing it? Overall, I am glad that this law will soon take effect because as human beings, we need to take responsibility for what we do to one another, even though for some it may be fear of the penalty rather than just from kindness and care for others.
